Oh my friends – I have such a treat for you today! This product photography session with Alexandra of Lavender and Pine Gifting quickly became one of my new portfolio favorites. Alexandra is the owner of Lavender + Pine, a custom gifting service! She founded Lavender + Pine because she’s always loved gifting – the thoughtfulness behind it, the act of giving and the gratitude that is expressed. Her curated gift boxes are GORGEOUS and full of amazing goodies for all occasions! Weddings, holidays, corporate, self care, she has something for everyone!
I met Alexandra through Instagram and we connected over both getting married at Red Maple Vineyard (obviously I haven’t yet due to Covid, but we’re obsessed haha!). I offered to do a few free photos for her to practice product photography and it turned into a full blown seasonal photoshoot that I’m excited to continue doing together! We photographed 10 of her holiday gifts which she literally could not keep stocked or get out the door fast enough!
Some of these gifts include hot chocolate boxes, scone mix, cookies, ornaments, cocktail mixers, mugs, notebooks, vow books, and more. Her packaging is to die for, and she makes little dried flowers that she attaches to the bow on most of her boxes that go out too! It’s literally perfection!!
I had a freakin’ BLAST doing this shoot and a second mini shoot with her for publication. She is so talented, the gifts are beautiful, the boxes with food are DELICIOUS, and honestly, I’m just giddy thinking about the next one! We did a taste test of all three scone flavors with the corresponding butter and now I’m spoiled from every shoot ever. I’m excited to do all her product photography in the future, and a brand session of HER coming up in 2021 too!
