This session with Stefanie was such a meaningful one to photograph! Stefanie Michele helps individuals recover from binge eating, restricting, and body image struggles through coaching, courses, and somatic therapy.

Stefanie’s own story is deeply connected to the work she does today. After healing from a 25-year eating disorder journey, she built a brand rooted in one powerful message: you are not broken. Because of this, her work focuses on helping people move out of shame and into a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

For this session, the goal was to create imagery that feels grounded, calm, and approachable. We captured a mix of scenes including:

• Headshots that feel warm and supportive
• Laptop shots for coaching and course content
• Cozy couch and bedroom lifestyle moments
• Outdoor somatic scenes

Every photo was created to feel safe, rooted, and inviting – the kind of imagery that helps someone exhale a little when they arrive on her website or social media. It was truly an honor to capture images that align so closely with the heart of her business!
