Ya know those incredible, multi-passionate people who make you believe you really can do, and have everything you’ve ever dreamt of in life? That’s Mallory. MJ for short 😉 Mallory Hank-Johnson is as multi-passionate as they come; and because of that and just the way she carries herself through life, I consider her to be a true soul sister. Photographing her mini brand session in Venice Beach, CA while we were out there for a mastermind retreat together was seriously a TREAT of all treats.
Mallory is a social media influencer, coach, podcaster, lifestyle blogger, fashionista, mom, military wife, shop owner, and community builder and co-founder of The Orange Collab. She does A LOT y’all – and she does it with grace, ease, and passion. Or at least – so it seems. I know that running multiple businesses and revenue streams + being a mom and military wife is not EASY by any means, but from what I’ve learned about MJ – her positive attitude and abundance mindset have carried her so far in business and life.
I’ve only known her for 9 months and her energy has had a profound impact on my life. Being in a mastermind with her, getting to share meals and Airbnb’s with her, and diving into deep conversations about life, and following your passions and dreams, has truly been one of the highlights of my year.
For this short (yet amazing) session, we just wanted to capture really fun and fresh images of MJ. We stayed in an amazingggg house in Venice Beach California for a few days, so taking photos around the living room and outside were perfect to capture amazing photos of her.
As a social media influencer, I wanted to make sure I captured photos of her with her phone, taking some Instagram stories, and also sharing photos that captured a lot of different emotions that she could use for Reel covers or fun, witty captions. We captured SO MUCH content in just an hour. I am obsessed with her outfits, her energy, her joy, her smile, her curly hair, and her passion and zest for life.
I feel like my business and my clients just become more and more soul-aligned by the day; and this session was such beautiful confirmation for me that this is where I’m meant to be.
MJ – Mal – Mallory – thank you for being such a light in the world. Your passion for life, for helping others succeed and get their message out into the world, is inspiring and beautiful, and I hope we get to cross paths again someday!! I am cheering you on so hard and love watching your beautiful life unfold.
